Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a strong understanding of company offerings and promotions.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and previous interactions.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Update CRM/lead management systems with customer interactions.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
