West Avenue is urgently seeking a motivated and confident
Female Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in
Tagalog/ Hindi and English
, have a pleasant communication style, and possess experience in
outbound calling
, preferably in sectors like
insurance, credit card sales, or similar roles
.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects
Fix appointments with interested leads for follow-up by the sales team
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads through calls
Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Proven experience in
telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling
roles
Excellent
verbal communication skills
in both
Hindi and English/Tagalog.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
Basic proficiency in using computers
Preferred Experience: 2
+ year of experience in tele sales, BPO, or any similar outbound calling role.
