Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
Pitch products or services in a compelling way to generate interest and sales.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with leads.
Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle objections professionally and convert leads into customers.
Coordinate with the sales or marketing team to optimize outreach strategy.
Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
1-2 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferred).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Fluency in any 3 languages - English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu.
