Immediate Joining PreferredKey Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote immigration and visa services Provide accurate information about visa processes and available programs Follow up with leads and maintain a proper database Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or clients Meet monthly targets and KPIs Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
Requirements:
Female candidates only Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or immigration consultancy preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi; Malayalam, Tamil, Tagalog) Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office)
