Telesales Executive
:
We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive who can communicate fluently in both English and Tagalog. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Promote products/services and explain key benefits Build rapport and understand customer needs Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups Provide bilingual support (English & Tagalog) when required
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Tagalog communication skills Proven experience in telesales or customer service Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities High level of professionalism and customer focus Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Basic computer proficiency (excel)
