Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence in English and Tagalog
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with high accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information securely
Assist with task follow-ups, reminders, and deadline tracking
Support day-to-day operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Act as a point of contact and represent the executive professionally
