Key Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and convert potential clients interested in digital marketing solutions (Social Media, Google Ads, Web Development, Branding, etc.)
Generate leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and CRM management
Present and explain the company's digital services clearly and persuasively
Build relationships with clients to understand their business goals and offer tailored marketing solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive calling and client engagement
Collaborate with internal marketing and strategy teams for proposal preparation and campaign execution
Requirements
Proven experience in
telesales or inside sales
, preferably in a
digital marketing agency or advertising setup
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to explain digital marketing concepts to clients who may be new to the space
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results
Confident, self-driven, and positive attitude toward sales
