Sales Executive - Digital Marketing Agency (Dubai)
Salary: Up to AED 10,000/month + commission
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai. If you have a passion for digital solutions and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage inbound/outbound leads via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and CRM
  • Conduct discovery calls and present tailored digital marketing solutions
  • Prepare proposals, address client queries, and close deals effectively
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly sales reports
  • Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience (preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, branding, and campaign strategy
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Experience working with UAE/Middle East clients is a plus
