CONNECT is a growing digital marketing and creative agency offering social media management, video production, branding, Website and SEO services. We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who can generate leads, close deals, and support the agency's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, messages, and outreach
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into clients
Pitch social media, video production, and marketing packages
Prepare proposals and quotations
Follow up with leads and maintain daily sales reports
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements
1-2 years of sales experience (marketing agency experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic understanding of digital marketing (training will be provided)
English is required; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage
