to be the front line of our growth engine.

Role Overview



You'll be the voice that introduces OMA to the market--power-dialing, prospecting, and booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Managers to convert. Your mission is simple:

build the pipeline

This is not a "call and hope" job. This is a

high-velocity sales role

for someone who thrives on hitting targets, handling rejection, and bringing energy to every dial.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively call a high volume of UAE-based business prospects daily (80+ dials/day). Generate qualified leads and book appointments for Account Managers. Follow a proven call script but adapt with natural, conversational style. Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions and status. Work closely with Account Managers to align lead quality and feedback. Collaborate on improving scripts, objection handling, and prospecting tactics. Participate in daily standups, call coaching, and energy-boost sessions.

What We're Looking For



1+ year of outbound telesales or cold calling experience

(preferably in marketing, SaaS, or B2B).

Fearless communicator

--you love the phone, not afraid of rejection, and always bounce back.

Results-driven

with a hunter mentality and an obsession with targets.

Energetic, coachable, and disciplined

, even when unsupervised.

Fluent English

(Arabic a plus but not required). UAE experience is ideal but not mandatory.
