Job Title:

Telesales Executive cum Customer Relations Representative (Automobile)

Work location:

Al Quoz, Dubai (Near Onpassive Metro Station)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification and Management:

Receive raw leads from the marketing team.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to identify potential customers.

Schedule test drives for qualified leads.

Coordinate lead handoff to digital sales personnel.

Customer Communication:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms, review sites (e.g., Google), and online marketplaces.

Manage inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with digital sales personnel to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in the automotive industry

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with customers

Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools

Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
