We are looking for a motivated and confident
Agent
to join our dynamic real estate team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and love connecting with people--this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
Conduct
daily cold calls
to potential clients
Generate leads
and build a strong client database
Promote
off-plan properties
and explain investment opportunities
Book meetings and follow up with interested buyers
Work closely with the sales team to close deals
Maintain accurate CRM records and track client interactions
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience
in
real estate
(off-plan preferred)
Fluency in English & Arabic
(verbal & written)
Strong cold calling & objection-handling skills
Must have a
valid UAE driver's license
Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up abilities
Self-driven, proactive, and sales-focused
