Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Off-Plan Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of off-plan property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through investment opportunities in new developments. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, market analysis, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to investors and end-users Provide expert advice on project features, payment plans, ROI, and market trends Build and maintain relationships with developers, clients, and industry stakeholders Conduct property presentations, site visits, and attend real estate exhibitions Negotiate terms and close deals with professionalism and transparency Stay informed about new project launches, pricing updates, and regulatory changes Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in off-plan property sales or real estate consulting Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and development pipeline Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
