initiating outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and booking appointments
for our design consultants. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Present Ana Interiors' design and fit-out services in a professional and engaging manner.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored information about our offerings.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the design & sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and lead sources.
Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Ensure a high standard of professionalism and brand representation in all client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in telesales, call center, or customer service (preferably in interior design industry).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English essential; Arabic an advantage).
Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse client profiles.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
