Job Description

Responsible for promoting the company's interior design and fit-out services over the phone, identifying potential clients, and generating sales leads. The role involves contacting prospects, explaining services, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote interior design services. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales or design team. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM). Understand client requirements and provide basic information about design packages. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects. Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:



Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.

Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry).

You can start within immediately

Base salary + commission and other benefits as per the UAE Labor Law.
