Job Description

We're looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken professional to take charge of qualified leads, meet clients, and close digital marketing deals. You'll act as the bridge between inside sales and clients, offering solutions in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Websites, Automation, and more.

What You'll Do:

Take leads from the inside sales team and turn them into closed deals.

Meet clients (virtually or onsite), pitch solutions, and follow up till closure.

Present tailored digital marketing proposals with confidence and clarity.

Generate opportunities from your own network too.

Targets & Incentives:

Minimum 20% monthly closure of leads provided.

Get 5% incentive on GP if 20%+ closure achieved.

Get 10% incentive on GP if you hit 30%+ closure.

Extra rewards for self-generated leads that convert.

Who You Are:

2-5 years in sales or pre-sales for digital marketing/IT.

Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.

Sharp, presentable, and results-driven.

Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Meta, WordPress, HubSpot, GA4, etc.
