Ads Genius is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing digital marketing team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in reaching out to prospective clients who have shown interest in our services. You will explain our digital marketing solutions, understand client needs, and close sales with a customer-focused approach.
Salary:
Base Salary: AED 1,500 + Uncapped Commission (Potential earnings up to AED 50,000/month)
Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients who have submitted their information through our lead generation system.
Clearly explain digital marketing concepts and the benefits of our services.
Follow a four-day training program from home, at your own convenience.
Pass an assessment to qualify for the full-time position.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in our CRM.
Requirements:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking UK English (Please note: proficiency in UK English is essential as our communications follow British spelling and grammar conventions).
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements (home and occasional office visits).
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
