We are seeking experienced and driven

Telesales Agent (Multilingual

Arabic Female)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification:

Strategically qualify leads through phone interactions. Assess client needs and financial capabilities. Categorize leads based on interest and potential for conversion. Document information accurately in CRM.

2. Meeting Qualification:

Schedule and organize effective meetings with qualified leads. Ensure meetings align with client preferences and team capacity. Provide relevant information for productive discussions.

3. Deal Closure and Negotiation:

Aid RM and clients through the closing process, addressing concerns. Collaborate on negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements. Facilitate documentation for finalizing transactions.

4. Commission Management:

Record closed deals and commissions accurately in the CRM.

Requirements:

Minimum experience of one year in the Dubai Real Estate market. A sales-focused attitude. Understanding of the UAE property market. Experience in Tele sales or Telemarketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus. Dynamic and energetic personality. Proven track record in Tele sales or sales.
