Role Description
Elite Bricks Real Estate
is hiring a full-time, on-site
Telesales Representative
in Dubai. If you're a confident communicator with a passion for sales and real estate, join our dynamic team! You'll handle client communication, sales activities, and provide support for our real estate services.
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to generate leads and book property viewings
Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
What We're Looking For:
Experience in telesales or customer service, ideally in real estate
Candidates who have experience in qualifying leads, property listings in leading property platforms, and eagerness to handle VIP clients.
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
Must be based in Dubai

Salary AED.3,000/- with 10% commission on each deal
