Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain detailed call logs, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Resolve customer queries or escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and performance.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience in BPO, sales, or customer support.
Multilingual communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
