Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and promoting financial products such as personal loans, corporate finance, and more.
Customer Needs Analysis:
Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable products.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complies with regulatory standards.
Cross-Selling & Upselling:
Leverage opportunities to offer additional products aligned with clients' goals.
Customer Support:
Handle client queries and issues promptly and professionally.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to better position our services.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1 years in sales, customer service, or relationship management in financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with a goal-oriented approach
Problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
Familiarity with financial products and services
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
