Route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
Connect with the potential customer or the businesses via telephone to promote services
Explain the benefits of the services to potential clients.
Deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
Get customers details that include names, position, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
Maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
Job Requirements:

Candidate should be female
Strong verbal and written communication skills, listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers
Proficient in Windows-based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Customer service experience in a call center for banking or financial services or business setup companies
Fluent in English , malayalam and hindi
