We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Telecaller
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, ensuring that all their financial needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing exceptional customer service and financial advice.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base. Promote and sell banking products and services, including personal loans, corporate finance, and other financial products.
Customer Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable financial products that meet their specific requirements.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Cross-Selling & Upselling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell financial products to existing clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
Customer Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Market Research:
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position FGF's products and services.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management, sales, or customer service role within the financial services industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in finance or banking are a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Sales-driven with a results-oriented approach.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of financial products and services.
Language:
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Location:
Must be based in the UAE.
