A1 Properties is looking for a motivated and confident Tele-sales Specialist (Arabic speaking) to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate sales over the phone, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential clients from provided leads and databases
Present property options clearly and professionally over the phone
Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate projects
Set appointments and coordinate with the sales team for viewings
Maintain follow-ups and update CRM with accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of tele sales or customer service experience (real estate preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Arabic languages is a must)
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and call scripts
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
