About the Role
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for property and people? Join our vibrant and growing real estate team in Dubai! We're looking for a Tele-Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the thrill of closing leads over the phone.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Making outbound calls to generate qualified leads for our sales & leasing teams Handling inbound inquiries with professionalism and clarity Managing client databases and updating CRM systems regularly Setting up appointments and coordinating with agents for viewings Following up with prospects and nurturing client relationships
What We're Looking For:
Previous tele-sales or real estate experience (preferred) Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Other languages is a plus) Confident, well-spoken, and highly organized Motivated, target-driven, and a positive team player Must be currently based in Dubai
