We are a UAE-based accounting and bookkeeping firm specializing in tax filing, VAT registration, and financial compliance services.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a proactive Tele Sales Representative to contact potential clients, explain our services, and convert leads into customers.
Your Tasks:
Make outbound calls to businesses and individuals in the UAE.
Explain tax filing, VAT registration, and bookkeeping services clearly.
Answer basic questions about UAE tax rules and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel and CRM systems.
Achieve weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Fluent in
English
(Arabic or Chinese is a
plus
).
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
. CRM experience is a bonus.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
