to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT AMC and managed service offerings
Identify and qualify new leads through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
Present and explain the value proposition of IT support contracts, infrastructure management, remote monitoring, and other managed services
Understand client requirements and provide customized IT service solutions
Collaborate with the technical team to develop proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
Follow up with existing clients for contract renewals, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales, preferably in IT services
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components and managed services is highly desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach
Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into client value
Experience selling IT AMC contracts, managed services, or cloud solutions
