As a Tele sales Representative at My Doctor Healthcare, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, nurturing relationships, and closing sales over the phone. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success by introducing our products/services to a broader audience.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products/services. Qualify prospects and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to team success. Build rapport with new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients. Provide detailed information to customers about product features, benefits, and pricing. Overcome objections and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaigns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Healthcare. B2B or B2C sales experience. Multilingual abilities.
