Tele Sales Representative (UAE National)
Job Title: Tele Sales Representative
Nationality: UAE Nationals Only
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
To proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote company products/services, generate qualified leads, and close sales. The role is central to driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to a list of prospective customers generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and company databases.
  • Sales Pitch: Clearly and persuasively articulate the features and benefits of the company's products or services, tailoring the pitch to the customer's needs.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and challenges.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing professional and knowledgeable support.
  • Sales Closing: Utilize strong closing techniques to secure sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Data Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively answer questions and address customer objections.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Nationality: Must be a UAE National.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory for candidates with a strong desire to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and verbal communication skills. Must be persuasive, confident, and have a clear speaking voice.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Resilience: High level of motivation and resilience to handle rejection and persist in achieving goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
