Outbound Telesales & Customer Service Executives

This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to represent our brand with professionalism and flair.

Your Role Includes:

Making

outbound calls

to prospective clients to promote our

luxury holiday packages and services

Handling

incoming inquiries

via phone/ email/ Whatsapp and providing accurate, timely information Following up with leads to nurture relationships and

close sales effectively

Maintaining updated records of customer interactions using CRM tools Consistently working toward and

exceeding monthly performance targets

Should be able to convers in English or Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi/Malayalam

What We're Looking For:

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Strong

interpersonal and persuasive abilities

Proven

negotiation and closing techniques

A confident, energetic personality that thrives on delivering great customer service
