We are looking for a Tele-Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or inquiries received.
Promote current property listings, real estate projects, and investment opportunities.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, location, and availability.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with property consultants or sales executives.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects to nurture leads.
Answer incoming calls and handle queries from potential clients.
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Record key insights, feedback, and lead details for reporting purposes.
Prepare monthly and weekly report.
Undertake related tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
:
Previous experience in tele-sales, real estate sales, or customer service preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, other language is a plus
Ability to understand and explain real estate offerings clearly and confidently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate market terminology is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve sales goals.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or real estate is a plus.
