We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to inquiries via email and chat Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide accurate information Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Must have own valid UAE visa (residence/freelance/spouse visa)*
