Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions in a prompt and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding our cleaning services, policies, and procedures.
Address customer concerns, questions, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal abilities with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with customer service software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
