1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in
recruitment
or B2B services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
