1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or generated lists.
2. Present and promote product and services to potential customers/companies over the phone.
3. Qualify leads by understanding customers/ company's needs, preferences, and financial situations.
4. Provide accurate information regarding product and service features, pricing.
5. Schedule sales meeting, site survey for interested companies and follow up to closure.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/ companies to foster trust and loyalty.
7. Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers on behalf of the company.
8. Keep detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
9. Stay up-to-date with market trends, values, and industry regulations.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
