We are looking for a motivated Caller to join our team at a business setup company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should already have their own visa and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding business setup services.
Provide information, answer inquiries, and schedule meetings with consultants.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets.
Requirements:
Must have your own visa (residency or freelance visa).
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
