We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and inspiring Tele caller to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a large number of calls, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make
200+ outbound calls daily
to prospective clients.
Clearly explain course offerings, admission procedures, and the benefits of enrolling with our services.
Maintain
accurate records
of each call, follow-ups, and communication in the CRM / Excel sheet.
Schedule appointments, demo sessions, or counseling calls with the academic team.
Handle inquiries professionally and ensure conversion through polite and persuasive communication.
Follow up with leads consistently to maximize enrollments and meet monthly targets.
Coordinate with the sales and counseling team regarding interested or high-potential leads.
Provide daily and weekly reports on call outcomes and lead status to the management.
Requirements
Female Candidates Only
Fluent in English and Hindi (excellent communication and convincing skills)
Ability to converse confidently and handle a high call volume.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or education sector is preferred.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM usage is an advantage).
Strong listening ability with a positive and professional attitude.
Should be organized, punctual, and goal-oriented. Reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
