- Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Assist VIP and repeat guests, ensuring a personalized experience
- Record guest feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Prepare daily reports related to guest satisfaction or service issues
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or similar role in hospitality/customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
