Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Survey (including reviewing shop drawings), installation, testing of wired and wireless Fire alarm system/ Intrusion detection & Security Systems as per standard guidelines in full coordination with Supervisory Engineering teams and Project Management teams.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and breakdown maintenance (BD) on fire alarm system to ensure that the systems continue to perform reliably
• Performing basic Electrical installation duties and responsibilities such as installation of panels, fire alarm devices, power accessories etc as required on the walls/ceilings.
• Performing basic Electrical testing duties such as conducting Cold test, power on test, configuration of panels and devices, assuring the functionality of standalone systems and completing the connectivity of system with online platform

Requirements:

• Understanding of fire alarm systems, circuits, and components.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, SIRAA).
• Install or connect existing fire alarms/ Intrusion Detection & Security Systems in residential buildings
• Test and troubleshoot alarm systems already in place
