Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled

Pest Control Sales Engineer

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting site surveys, recommending pest management solutions, and closing sales deals with commercial, residential, and industrial clients. A strong understanding of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and UAE regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in targeted sectors (residential, hospitality, F&B, healthcare, etc.) Conduct detailed site inspections to assess pest issues and identify suitable treatment plans. Prepare customized pest control proposals, quotations, and service contracts based on site findings and client requirements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management. Collaborate with pest control technicians and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide technical guidance and educate clients on pest prevention, safety measures, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Stay up to date with industry trends, local regulations (Dubai Municipality/SIRA), and new pest control technologies. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, or networking events to generate leads and promote company services.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred). 2-5 years of sales experience in pest control or related technical services in the UAE market. Valid UAE driving license is a must. Strong knowledge of common pests in the region and effective treatment solutions. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality guidelines and certifications related to pest control. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

Dubai Municipality-approved Pest Control Certification. Arabic language skills (advantageous but not mandatory). Experience with B2B clients and facility management companies.

Working Conditions:

Field-based role with regular client visits across Dubai Occasional evening or weekend work based on client requirements.
