Position Overview:

We are seeking a

skilled Technician

who is well-versed in the

troubleshooting, repairing, and integration

of barcode printers, POS printers, and handheld scanning devices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with multiple brands and be capable of providing technical support both in-house and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair

barcode printers

,

POS printers

, and

handheld terminals

(SATO, Zebra, Honeywell, DataLogic, TSC, etc.) Perform

hardware and software integration

with label design systems and ERP environments Conduct

preventive maintenance

and calibration of printing and scanning devices Assist customers with installation, configuration, and training on usage Maintain service logs, report technical issues, and coordinate with OEM support teams Collaborate with sales and operations for technical pre-sales support and demonstrations

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in

Electronics / Computer Engineering / IT

or related field Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in service and maintenance of industrial or POS printers Strong knowledge of

network connectivity

,

firmware upgrades

, and

driver/software installations

Familiarity with label design software (Bartender / NiceLabel / SATO AEP / Zebra Designer) preferred Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
