Overview of the Role:
As an Automotive Technician, your primary objective is to ensure you stay up-to-date with the technical aspects of our products/vehicles and possess the ability to diagnose and resolve issues accurately the first time.

What You Will Do:

• Perform routine servicing tasks to maintain vehicle functionality.
• Execute tasks such as brake pad replacements, bellows and belt replacements, and pulley repairs.
• Proactively identify potential problem causes during field and workshop assignments.
• Utilize tools and adhere to best practices outlined in service manuals to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Read, comprehend, and implement instructions from workshop manuals, utilizing service checklists where applicable.

Required Skills to Be Successful:

• Excellent communicator in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in independently servicing, repairing, and overhauling components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

What Equips You for the Role:

• Basic/Technical Education and/or Apprenticeship.
• Trade Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working on buses.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
