To develop, implement, and deliver technical training programs for maintenance and FM staff, ensuring skill enhancement, compliance with standards, and operational excellence across all technical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs for MEP technicians, supervisors, and FM staff.
Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with Operations and HR departments.
Prepare training manuals, presentations, and assessment tools.
Organize hands-on technical workshops for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil trades.
Ensure all staff are trained in safety practices, preventive maintenance, and equipment handling.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Maintain training records and competency matrices for all technical staff.
Support technical upskilling and certification programs in line with company and client standards.
Provide refresher sessions and toolbox talks as part of the continuous learning process.
Coordinate with OEMs or vendors for specialized training sessions when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
Minimum
6-8 years of experience
in Facilities Management, with at least 2 years in a training or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil maintenance systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Certification in
Training & Development (Train the Trainer / TOT)
preferred.
Familiarity with CAFM systems and FM operational processes is an advantage.
