to join our Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documentation for various FM and MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for FM and MEP-related projects.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive estimates.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and operations teams for pricing and technical inputs.
Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations and suppliers' pricing.
Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and tenders in compliance with client requirements.
Maintain updated knowledge of market prices, materials, and labor costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimation within the Facilities Management or MEP industry in the UAE.
Strong understanding of FM operations, systems, and costing methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and time management skills.
UAE driving license is preferred.
