About Prepaire

Prepaire is building a next-generation medical digital twin platform, combining patient health records, real-time biometric data, and simulation technologies to create individualized virtual models for precision medicine. We are a fast-moving, impact-driven healthtech startup based in Dubai.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Technical Team Lead to manage the development of our MVP and guide a team of local engineers (frontend, backend, API, simulation, and data). You will oversee platform architecture, coordinate delivery timelines, and ensure successful integration of all technical components.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a 5-7 person software development team Design and review the full-stack architecture and simulation backend Manage version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines Act as the bridge between technical execution and business goals Oversee integration of health data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) and external APIs Report development progress and risks to executive leadership

Requirements:

5+ years in software development, 2+ in team leadership roles Strong full-stack background (Python, Node.js, React or similar) Familiarity with simulation/digital twin frameworks or modeling tools Experience with AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar infrastructure tools Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA) Excellent communication and team management skills Dubai residency or willingness to relocate required (no remote option)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in healthcare or healthtech applications Familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards
