Proztec is seeking an experienced

IBM Stack Technical Team Lead

for a 6-month contract role in Doha, Qatar. This is a strategic leadership position requiring deep technical expertise in IBM technologies and proven experience in team and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical implementation across IBM BPM, ODM, DataPower, Portal, and related platforms

Provide architectural guidance and conduct code reviews

Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and on-time delivery

Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and developers to align technical deliverables with business objectives

Mentor and support a cross-functional technical team

Required Qualifications:

Extensive hands-on experience with the IBM technology stack (BPM, ODM, DataPower, Portal, etc.)

Strong leadership and architecture background

Proven project management and client engagement experience

Ability to guide teams in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments
