Our flagship project, GenetiQ (codename: iOS for Health), creates a dynamic digital replica of human biology by integrating multi-omics, imaging, wearable, and wet-lab feedback data. It enables clinicians and patients to understand, predict, and optimize health in real time.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and launch of the GenetiQ Digital Twin platform. You'll oversee a world-class technical team working across AI, bioinformatics, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth coordination from MVP through global rollout.

This is a senior execution role that combines technical depth with strategic vision, ideal for someone who can speak both the language of engineers and the language of commercial partnerships.

What You'll Do

Lead delivery of the Digital Twin MVP and federated deployment phases. Manage timelines, budgets, and inter-team dependencies across engineering, data science, DevOps, and clinical integration. Oversee containerized microservice builds (Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps) and ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001. Coordinate implementation of GenetiQ's core AI stack -- foundation models, knowledge graphs, and explainability engines. Liaise between R&D, product, and executive leadership to align milestones with commercial rollout. Drive regulatory documentation, security audits, and federated site onboarding.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience managing complex technical programs (AI, health-tech, or life sciences preferred). Solid understanding of cloud-native systems, microservice architectures, and federated learning. Familiarity with bioinformatics, digital twins, or multi-omics data is highly desirable. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, distributed teams. Strong organizational and communication skills -- able to translate deep tech into clear strategy.

Nice to Have

Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph) or knowledge-graph applications. Exposure to neuro-symbolic AI, post-quantum security, or wet-lab feedback systems. Background in computational biology, data science, or biomedical informatics.
