Technical Support Executive
Job Description
Looking for a dynamic candidate, with 1-2 years Access Control System, Bio-metric time & attendance management machines installations ( ZKteco, Suprema, Virdi) with Web and Desktop software knowledge.
1. Should have practical knowledge in installation, configure and on-site support.
2. Should have good knowledge in MS SQL - Database, Software installation.
3. Should have good knowledge in Windows OS.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Pulling, Termination, Testing all types of LV Cable (Copper, Cat6, Cat3).
Knowledge of networking, security protocols, best practices in Troubleshooting Network issues and anti-virus programs.
Experience in Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar roles.
Communicate effectively with clients and gather requirements, provide status updates, and address concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
