The Technical Support Executive will oversee all telematics GPS operations, including database management, subscription monitoring, complaint resolution, and technical support. This role requires expertise in Telematics Technology, fuel management systems, sensors, and GPS hardware/software. The position involves installations, product testing, and ensuring system functionality.
Responsibilities:
Database Management
Input and update GPS-related data in databases (installation details, vehicle tracking, sensor configurations).
Ensure data integrity and accuracy and perform regular audits to maintain error-free systems
Subscription Management
Oversee the allocation and usage of GPS/telematics subscriptions across customers.
Conduct subscription audits and ensure compliance with terms, proposing cost-saving opportunities.
Handle renewals, upgrades, and adjustments in collaboration with sales and support teams.
Complaint Management
Log and track GPS-related complaints (installations, tracking issues, sensor malfunctions).
Resolve issues promptly with the technical team, keeping customers informed and ensuring SLAs are met.
Research & Development
Test new GPS products and telematics features, collaborating with the development team for improvements.
Perform troubleshooting on GPS installations, sensors, and telematics software.
Renewals Management
Process GPS/telematics service renewals, including subscriptions, certificates, and licenses.
Update databases and communicate renewal details with clients in a timely manner.
Job Cards Management
Review and act on daily job cards for GPS system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Work with technicians to ensure correct installation and functionality of GPS devices and sensors
Quality Assurance (QA)
Oversee QA for GPS, fuel management systems, dash cams, and sensors.
Ensure installations meet technical specs and troubleshoot any issues to maintain high standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year in technical support or operations, particularly related to GPS, telematics, or fleet management.
Skills:
Proficiency in GPS technology and troubleshooting.
Experience with database management, subscriptions, and renewals in telematics services.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.
Office-based with occasional field visits.
Flexible hours based on operational demands.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
