Job Description

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for installation, servicing, training, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate records. The position is based in Dubai and involves overseeing operations in the Middle East and Africa regions, with a work week from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Valid UAE Driver's License.
Degree or a valid Diploma in any related field (IT, Projects, Management).
Excellent knowledge of English.
Basic networking knowledge.
Microsoft 365 suite proficiency (Including MS Power tools).
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to travel to all the countries in the Middle East and Africa region and Schengen. (No major restrictions on the passport).
Knowledge of administrative tasks. (Maintaining records, handling emails and phone calls, and customer support).
Ability to lift and handle sensitive equipment of 20kg.
Open to work on weekends if required for urgent troubleshooting with customers.

Package

Salary: AED 7,000 - 9,000 per month.
Bonus: based on performance, 10% of annual salary.
Medical insurance: for self & direct family dependences.
Home passage: 1 return ticket per year for self.
Local transportation: company car, petrol & salik.
